3. User Commitments

4. Consultation Policy

  • Bookings must be made in advance through our official platform
  • Once confirmed, consultations are non-refundable
  • You may reschedule 24 hours in advance

5. Payment & Refund Policy

  • All payments must be completed before consultation or course access
  • Payment gateways used are encrypted and secure
  • Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
    • Duplicate payments
    • Technical failure during booking/payment
    • Non-delivery of service from our end (within 7 working days)

6. Training and Courses

  • Enrollment grants access to the respective course material for the stated duration
  • Sharing of course content is strictly prohibited
  • Certification is granted only upon full completion of modules and assessments
  • Course fees are non-refundable once access has been granted

7. Code of Conduct

We are a sacred and positive space. Any disrespect, threats, misuse of content, or unethical behavior toward our team or community will result in immediate service suspension.
